What You'll Do

• Convert live Zillow FLEX leads and other inbound opportunities
• Conduct buyer and seller consultations, showings, and presentations
• Guide clients through the real estate process from start to close
• Use our CRM to manage the pipeline and follow-ups
• Attend weekly coaching and team meetings for ongoing growth
• Represent Exquisite Properties’ brand and values in the Houston market

We're Looking For Agents Who...

• Have 2+ years of residential real estate experience
• Hold an active Texas Real Estate License
• Have worked in team settings or high-level environments
• Know how to convert leads and follow up with urgency
• Are organized, coachable, and tech-savvy
• Want consistent business without being micromanaged
