Chief Technology Officer

Tradeverifyd is seeking an AI first, scale-oriented CTO to lead technology strategy and execution as we scale our platform to the next stage of rapid growth. This role is for a senior technical leader who thrives at the intersection of AI/ML, large-scale data systems, and graph- and semantics-powered intelligence, and who can translate those capabilities into enterprise-grade, trusted, and performant SaaS offerings.

Ideal Experience

• 2x experience leading enterprise SaaS product and engineering orgs through growth from Series A to $50M+ ARR , including team scale-up, platform evolution, and customer impact.
• Proven success in building and operating AI-first architectures —particularly those focused on operationalizing ML , semantic reasoning , graph analytics , and knowledge extraction in real-time and batch settings.
• Deep understanding of event-driven architecture , streaming data pipelines , and multi-tenant SaaS infrastructure , including hybrid deployment environments (PaaS, on-prem, air-gapped).
• Hands-on experience scaling data platforms with MongoDB, Elastic, Neo4j/Memgraph , and AI pipelines across vector, symbolic, and hybrid reasoning systems.
• Familiarity with compliance , supply chain , or regulatory intelligence platforms is a strong plus.

Core Responsibilities

• Technology Strategy: Define and evolve Tradeverifyd’s long-term technical architecture to support AI-native products and services at scale.
• AI/ML Platform Development: Lead the design and operationalization of LLM- and agent-powered experiences, knowledge graphs, and adaptive learning systems.
• Data & Infrastructure: Own the architecture and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance data systems—supporting structured, unstructured, and real-time analytics.
• Team Building & Leadership: Scale a world-class engineering, AI, and data science team; foster a culture of accountability, experimentation, and excellence.
• Cross-Functional Execution: Partner with Product, GTM, and Strategy teams to deliver differentiated features, increase velocity, and align with customer needs.

IPO Readiness: Implement engineering best practices, quality, and observability standards that ensure durability and resilience as the company approaches public markets.
