As an Insurance Sales Representative for Lindsay Ellis State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. - Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Maintain a strong work ethic.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- People-oriented

- Able to learn computer functions
- Pride in getting work done accurately and timely
