Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review complex federal and state tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, and estates

• Provide tax planning strategies and ensure compliance with current regulations

• Maintain and develop strong client relationships

• Assist with IRS correspondence and audits

• Prepare and review financial statements

• Identify areas for tax savings and process improvement

Qualifications

• CPA designation required

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of tax and accounting experience

• Proficiency with tax software and Microsoft Excel

• In-depth knowledge of tax laws and accounting principles

• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to manage deadlines and work extended hours during peak season
