Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Efficiently load, unload, sort, and stock merchandise
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain organization of stock
- Handle warehouse equipment and machinery with safety and proficiency
- Comply with occupational health and safety standards
- Process incoming shipments and prepare outgoing orders for delivery
- Contribute to team efforts and assist in day-to-day warehouse activities
- Collaborate effectively with other departments to meet company goals
- Identify opportunities for improving operational workflow **Additional responsibilities assigned by the manager
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability
- Experienced in following procedures and warehouse protocols
- Familiar with warehouse management software and tools
- Strong time management skills and punctuality
- Physical ability to perform warehouse tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred
Educational and Experience Requirements
- 1+ years of experience working in a warehouse environment
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; further certification in logistics is a bonus
- Background in home technology or related fields is a plus
- Demonstrated commitment to reliability and consistency in job performance
