Snelling Staffing Services – San Antonio is actively building a pool of dependable and hardworking General Laborers for current and upcoming job openings across San Antonio and nearby areas. These roles vary by client and assignment but typically involve hands-on, physical work in warehouse, production, and distribution environments.

Some positions require no experience and offer immediate start. Others may need prior general labor or warehouse experience. All require reliable workers who show up, follow directions, and get the job done.

PAY/SCHEDULE/LOCATION/BENEFITS:

• Pay Rate: $15.00/hour and up
• Schedule: Day and night shifts available depending on assignment
• Location: San Antonio, TX and surrounding areas
• Weekly pay via pay card or direct deposit
• Immediate start opportunities frequently available

GENERAL LABOR DUTIES (VARY BY ASSIGNMENT):

• Assisting with warehouse, yard, or facility maintenance
• Loading and unloading trucks, materials, or equipment
• Operating pressure washers, hand tools, or industrial cleaning equipment
• Performing light mechanical work such as hose repair or component replacement
• Supporting painting or surface preparation projects in an industrial environment
• Following detailed instructions for resetting or organizing retail fixtures (merchandising)
• Performing routine cleaning tasks to support industrial operations
• Conducting basic inspections and reporting equipment issues or site conditions
• Supporting team leads with oversight of cleaning crews or warehouse teams
• Working in hot, outdoor, or noisy environments with appropriate PPE
• Maintaining a safe and organized workspace at all times
• Completing any other hands-on labor tasks as assigned by your supervisor

GENERAL LABOR REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation required – some sites are not on public transit routes
• Physically able to lift 30–50 lbs, stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Must pass a drug screen and criminal background check (varies by job)
• Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work as part of a team
• Must be dependable — attendance matters!
