A fast-paced legal team is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Legal Assistant with a minimum of 2 years of experience to support case workflows from intake through resolution. This role is essential in ensuring accurate documentation, efficient case management, and timely communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with case intake, file organization, and document management
  • Maintain and update case management systems with a high level of accuracy
  • Draft, proofread, and format legal documents and correspondence
  • Coordinate deadlines, court filings, and scheduling requirements
  • Communicate with clients, courts, and third parties in a professional manner
  • Support trial preparation, including exhibit organization and logistics

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal assistant or similar role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
