Sous Chef Team Lead

: Job Title & Specialty Area: Sous Chef Team Lead Department: Food Services Location: Dallas, TX Shift: Flex shift: 8AM -4:30PM and 11am - 7:30pm with rotating weekend and holidays Job Type: On-Site Responsibilities:

• Daily management of food service production operations and employees
• Fill in for Executive Chef in planning and directing food preparation when necessary
• Ensure recipe compliance in all production areas.
• Resolve any production issues that arise
• Order food and sanitation supplies as needed for production operations

WORK EXPERIENCE

• At least 5 years experience in food services preferred
• At least 3 years food service leadership experience preferred

EDUCATION

• High school diploma or equivalent required

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS

• Obtain Food Handlers Certification within 30 days of hire, and maintain current status thereafter required
• CDM (Certified Dietary Manager) for Patient Services Lead role preferred
• Culinary School for Retail/Sous Chef role preferred
