• Pay: $20.25 per hour

• Schedule: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM

• Employment Type: Full-time, W2

ROLE IMPACT

The Material Handler II ensures the accurate and timely processing of vendor and customer return receipts into stock. This role supports operational efficiency and inventory accuracy through careful verification, organization, and handling of warehouse materials using manual and motorized equipment. Success is measured by adherence to safety standards, inventory accuracy, and productivity goals.

KEY DUTIES

• Operate manual and motorized equipment to move and stock returned products.

• Use RF devices to verify product location, quantity, and accuracy of received goods.

• Inspect, match, and confirm product details including description, quantity, packaging, and expiration date.

• Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or spills to supervisors or the spill response team.

• Break down and repackage products into correct selling units and stock in designated locations.

• Participate in departmental projects and assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, or comparable warehouse experience.

• Ability to complete machine driver safety certification for all required equipment.

• Strong reading, math, and computer skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Effective communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to distinguish product variations (size, color, vendor code) and read fine print.

EQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Operates forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanning devices.

• Requires standing, walking, and lifting throughout shift.

• Exposure to warehouse noise, temperature changes, and moving equipment.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling.

• Familiarity with RF inventory systems.

• Proven record of accuracy and reliability in warehouse operations.
