Line Cook
Job Overview
The PM Line Cook is responsible for preparing and executing menu items during dinner service while maintaining food quality, consistency, cleanliness, and kitchen safety standards. This position works closely with the Chef and kitchen team to ensure efficient service and an exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
Set up and stock stations before service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
