The Procurement Coordinator supports the day-to-day procurement operations of the organization by executing purchasing activities, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant procurement processes. This role is ideal for a procurement professional with foundational experience who thrives in an operational, fast-paced environment and is comfortable supporting a high-volume procurement function.
The Procurement Coordinator works closely with the Procurement Lead and cross-functional teams to ensure continuity of supply, accuracy in purchasing activities, and adherence to organizational policies and systems.

Key Responsibilities
• Process purchase requisitions and generate purchase orders in accordance with company policies
and approval workflows.
• Utilize procurement and inventory systems, including SAP and Made4Net, to support purchasing,
inventory tracking, and order fulfillment activities.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, delivery schedules, and order
discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, vendor files, contracts, and supporting
documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs with warehouse, operations, and finance
teams.
• Assist with vendor onboarding, setup, and ongoing maintenance within procurement
systems.
• Support contract administration and ensure compliance with negotiated terms and
pricing.
• Resolve routine procurement issues related to orders, invoices, and deliveries, escalating
complex matters as needed.
• Ensure procurement activities align with internal policies, ethical standards, and applicable
regulations.
• Assist in preparing basic procurement and spend reports to support operational
decision-making.

Qualifications
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
(preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain coordination roles.
• Hands-on experience working in procurement or inventory systems; SAP and/or Made4Net experience
strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
• A practical, execution-focused mindset with a willingness to learn and grow within the
role.

Physical Requirements:

• Sitting for 8 hours a day
• Some days will have prolonged walking/standing
• Screen time for 8 hours or more
