How you will make an impact:

As the Executive Director, you will oversee daily operations at our assisted living and memory care community. This role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and a commitment to high-quality resident care. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, managing budgets, maintaining occupancy, and developing programs that support resident independence and well-being. The ideal candidate will have experience in senior services, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative, solutions-focused approach to management.

Schedule: This is a full-time, on call, position working Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm with some weekends and holidays required.

What you will need:
  • At least 3 years of previous managerial experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality (required.)
  • Texas Assisted Living Manager certification (required.)
  • 21 years of age or older (required.)
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred; Business Administration, Hospitality or Health related field is a plus.
