Retail Facility Manager
The Retail Facility Manager directs and oversees all functions of the facility, including developing and implementing policy; maintaining a safe and functional operating environmental; monitoring daily operations, preparing and managing the budget, fund expenditures marketing strategies, invoices, supplies, and vendor requirements, maintaining the facility; and retaining overall responsibility for facility and staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum education: Bachelor' degree
- Prior facility management
- Ability to work nights/weekends
- Minimum of 3 years of management
- Risk management experience
- Responsibilities
- Open and close facility, Manager on Duty shifts
- Oversees employee hiring, training, HR documentation, and evaluations
- Maintain Policies and Procedures in all aspects of the facility
- Scheduling and evaluation for all Junior Managers
- Write checks as needed
- Nightly Deposit Drop
- Submit deposit reports, payroll reports, and any other applicable reports weekly
- Open all mail, process bills
- Enforce waiver policy
- Schedule weekly manager meetings to review issues and get feedback
- Review closing reports to ensure coupons and refund receipts are included with each closing report
- Coordinate with the corporate office and Director of Community Relations to manage the website
- Regularly update all facility signage, registration forms, and flyers
- Coordinate with the corporate office to add coupons, discounts, inventory items, or other items to the system as needed
- Count the safe daily; use the safe count form to keep track of the totals
- Maintain Petty Cash
- Document use of the Debit/Credit Card
- Maintain budget
- Provide staff with a welcoming and mutually supportive work environment
- Handle customer service issues with discretion and professionalism
- Ensure all staff know all products, procedures, and services to date
- Advocate client safety and satisfaction
- Work closely with PR firm or Director of Community Relations
- Coordinate and track all sales and marketing strategies
- Bring in outside corporate events
- Drive group sales
- Maintain relationships with influencers (schools, hospitals, corporations, etc.)
- Maintain customer and email databases
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $52,500.00 per year
