Client Services Manager
- Lead and support a team of Content Creators responsible for producing commercial spots, branded content, digital campaigns, and client deliverables across multiple Sinclair markets.
- Coordinate workflow across multiple Sinclair markets, ensuring projects move efficiently from order entry through final delivery.
- Partner with Sales, Creative Services, Production, and Digital teams to establish priorities, manage timelines, and resolve challenges.
- Review project requests for completeness, accuracy, and required creative assets before production begins.
- Track production schedules, revisions, approvals, and air-ready deadlines to ensure timely delivery.
- Oversee quality control of commercial spots, digital campaigns, and other client deliverables.
- Contribute creatively by writing, producing, shooting, and editing commercial spots, branded content, and other creative projects as business needs require.
- Manage workflow through Adobe Workfront and other Sinclair systems while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members through training, performance feedback, and workflow best practices.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- 3-5 years of experience in client services, creative services, production coordination, media operations, or account management.
- Experience leading creative teams or managing high-volume production workflows.
- Strong understanding of commercial production, digital advertising, integrated marketing campaigns, and creative project management.
- Ability to write, produce, shoot, and edit compelling commercial and branded content.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Experience with workflow management systems such as Adobe Workfront or similar project management platforms is preferred.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting several markets simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills to navigate internal and external employee and client relationships.
- Must maintain a valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Ability to routinely lift, carry, and move production equipment in excess of 40 lbs.
- A college degree is preferred.
- Familiarity with Sinclair systems, workflows, and operational processes is preferred.
