- Provide visionary leadership to create a positive school culture and climate that promotes student learning and achievement.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs and curriculum that meet the diverse needs of all students.
- Foster strong relationships with students, staff, parents, and the community to enhance school engagement and support.
- Oversee daily school operations, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as district policies and procedures.
- Lead staff professional development initiatives and support teacher growth through coaching and mentoring.
- Monitor and assess student performance and implement strategies for improvement.
- Manage school budgets and resources effectively to maximize educational opportunities.
- Promote a safe and inclusive environment for all students, staff, and visitors.
- Collaborate with community organizations and stakeholders to enhance educational programs and resources.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders through regular updates, meetings, and reports. Requirements
- Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, Administration, or a related field.
- Valid state certification as a school principal or administrator.
- Minimum of five years of experience in education, with at least three years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of curriculum development, instructional strategies, and assessment practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of educators and support staff.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable educational environment.
- Proficient in the use of technology and data analysis to inform decision-making.
- Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and community members.
