Role Description:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Product Manager who is excited about using AI technologies to drive innovation and transform the way we build and deliver products. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding the development and enhancement of our service verticals and point of sale platform, with a focus on integrating AI to create smarter, more efficient solutions. You will help us leverage AI not as the core of the product, but as a transformative tool to push the boundaries of what’s possible and deliver exceptional value to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Lead Product Managers in the ideation, technical development, launch, and continuous improvement of our products.
- Gather insights from customers, stakeholders, and market trends to inform product strategies and roadmaps, integrating AI as a tool to enhance product performance, personalization, and scalability.
- Understand BookedBy’s strategic goals and competitive landscape, delivering AI-powered solutions that align with our mission and set us apart in the market.
- Gain deep expertise in the end-to-end customer experience, focusing on how AI can be applied to improve usability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Be the primary driver for identifying opportunities to leverage AI across our product suite and define product vision and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define product requirements, and guide the team through key milestones.
- Drive product innovation through AI-powered insights, automating processes, and introducing new capabilities that continuously improve product performance.
- Integrate usability studies, market research, and customer feedback into product development.
- Be a storyteller, conveying the value and potential of AI-driven product innovations to stakeholders and teams across the organization.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager (Customer Facing), with at least 1+ year of experience in incorporating AI into products or platforms.
- Proven ability to identify and implement AI technologies that can enhance product functionality, efficiency, or user experience.
- Technical expertise in analytics, including tracking product adoption, and analyzing usage patterns.
- Experience managing the full product lifecycle—from ideation through pre/post-launch.
- Experience defining vision and strategy for a software product, ideally SaaS,.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate the business and technical value of AI innovations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment, adapting to evolving business needs and new technologies.
