Personnel Coordinator

What does a Personnel Coordinator at Builder's Best do?

• Coordinates the recruiting efforts of non-exempt and exempt employees, as well as the use of temporary services.
• Coordinates the hiring process which includes job posting, reviewing resumes, scheduling pre-employment tests, performing reference checks, background checks, E-Verify, etc.
• Conducts new employee orientation process and exit interviews for analysis.
• Prepares and updates employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
• Uses Human Resources information system and compiles reports from data base.
• Assists department in carrying out various human resources programs and procedures for all company employees.

Pay rates and Hours:

• $16.50- $18.50 per hour, based on experience, skill and job knowledge

Skills we need:

• At least 2 years experience in Human Resources operations
• Capable to work with limited supervision
• Computer and office equipment proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, fax, scan)
• Reliable, determined, detail oriented, and positive attitude

Basic qualification:

• Associates degree and /or equivalent experience in Business related field.
• Pass physical evaluation and drug screening
• Bi-lingual is a plus
• Legally authorized to work in the US

Builder's Best vertical integration includes a printing operation which makes the boxes for our products and other lines. We make a variety of products: clothes dryer venting, wall vent hoods, elbows, periscopes, eave vents, clamps and roof caps.
