Location: San Antonio, TX 78228
Pay: $25/hr | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
Type: Contract-to-Hire

Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance team activities
- Complete and delegate work orders efficiently
- Oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs
- Ensure make-ready units meet quality standards
- Maintain compliance with safety and operational guidelines
Qualifications
- EPA Type II or Universal Certification required
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Must have own tools
- Knowledge of property management systems preferred
