Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) — Full-Time — New Grads Welcome

Today's Dental | 604 N Willis Ave, Livingston, TX 77351 (about 1 hour north of Houston, No Traffic!! ) Pay: $16–$21 per hour, based on experience

What You'll Do

• Prepare treatment rooms and patients so providers can start on time
• Assist chairside: setup, suction, passing instruments, retraction, and documentation
• Take and process x-rays, impressions, and study casts accurately
• Provide clear patient education and post-op instructions
• Maintain strict sterilization and infection control standards
• Accurately chart in our electronic records system
• Support dental emergencies and keep current BLS/CPR
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, can-do culture

What You Bring

• Active Texas RDA license (or in-process and able to obtain prior to start—we can help you navigate)
• BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to complete before start date)
• Strong communication, empathy, and patient-first mindset
• Comfort with dental software and learning new systems
• High standards, attention to detail, and reliability
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, structured environment
• Experience is a plus, but not required for the right learner

How We Set You Up to Win
