Role Overview

As a Full Cycle Sales Professional, you will own the client relationship from start to finish. You will be responsible for generating interest, conducting consultations, identifying client needs, presenting solutions, and closing sales.

Success in this role requires strong communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and the drive to consistently follow through from initial outreach to policy implementation.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with prospective clients through phone and video outreach.

• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand health insurance requirements and financial goals.

• Present health insurance solutions tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Clearly explain coverage options, benefits, and policy details.

• Address client questions and concerns with confidence and professionalism.

• Manage the entire sales pipeline, from prospecting and qualification to closing and follow-up.

• Build trust-based relationships through exceptional customer service and communication.

• Utilize CRM systems to track activities, manage follow-ups, and maintain accurate records.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Compensation

This position offers substantial earning potential through a performance-driven commission structure.

Top performers can earn between $50,000 and $280,000+ annually , with earnings directly tied to sales performance and client growth.
