Job Title: Structural Engineer
Location: Houston, TX | Industry: Energy | Clearance: U.S. Citizenship Required.
Work Schedule: On-site Only (No Telework)

We are seeking a Structural Engineer to join our Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) Engineering team within the Energy Business Unit. This position requires a skilled professional capable of performing independent engineering tasks, managing project deliverables, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams across complex energy projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct detailed phases of CSA engineering work for site development.
• Prepare and review drawings, specifications, reports, and calculations.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines, vendors, contractors, and clients.
• Lead or support civil design activities including grading, drainage, pavements, utilities, and stormwater systems.
• Use 2D/3D CAD and engineering software such as MicroStation, Smart3D, InRoads, and BSAPs.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to performance evaluations.
• Support proposal development, cost estimating, and bid evaluations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant project experience.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Proficient in site development design, engineering codes (AASHTO, ACI, ASTM), and engineering software (e.g., CivilStorm, CulvertMaster, Smart3D).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction practices and multidisciplinary coordination.
