Mammography Technologist Full-Time (Day Shift)

Location: Houston, TX
Salary: $75,000 - $95,000/year

HireNow Staffing is actively hiring a dedicated and skilled Mammography Technologist for a premier outpatient imaging facility in Houston, TX . As a Mammography Tech, youll be a vital part of a collaborative healthcare team, providing high-quality diagnostic imaging while supporting patients with compassion and professionalism. Your role will help ensure accurate diagnoses and support early intervention efforts in breast cancer care.

• Perform high-quality mammography exams in compliance with radiation safety protocols

• Accurately position patients and explain procedures with empathy and clarity

• Ensure proper documentation and data entry into patient records

• Perform quality assurance testing and assist with accreditation processes (e.g., ACR)

• Respond to emergency situations and report incidents as needed

• Actively promote safety, compliance, and organizational values

• Serve as a resource and mentor to junior technologists

Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology and Mammography Technology program
Current Texas Medical Board MRT license or temporary license
Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT-R)
Registered Mammography Technologist (ARRT-M)
Certified in Basic or Advanced Life Support (BLS or ALS)

• Previous experience in an outpatient imaging center

• Prior work as a Mammography Technologist

• Ability to lift/maneuver patients safely and confidently

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
