Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assisting in reviewing systems, preparing documentation, and creating training materials.?
• Training users in system processes, answering questions, and providing support.?
• Assisting with testing, development, and implementation of computer systems.
• Provide articulate instructions for UI/UX design inquiries.
• Analyzing data to create accurate and clear reports.
• Daily use of PivotTables for reporting purposes.
• Analyzing business processes to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.?
• Facilitating communication between users and developers.
• Prepare regularly scheduled reports.
• Performs other related duties as tasked.

Required Skills for Systems Analyst:

• Must be willing to take on new responsibilities and shift priorities as requested.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical skills, including analyzing data, identifying problems, and proposing solutions.?
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Proficiency in statistical analysis, including calculating percentages, interpreting data from spreadsheets, and applying basic statistical formulas.
• Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Troubleshooting and Problem Solving.
• Aptitude for learning new software and systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication.
• Proficiency in drafting professional emails.

Required Education and Experience:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent.
• Proven administrative experience.
• Proven Microsoft Suite experience. Excel PivotTables and functions are a must.
• Proven attention to detail.
• Proven analytical skills.
