Job Summary

Summary:

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you'll be the driving force behind our commitment to deliver unparalleled service to our clients. You'll work hand-in-hand with the Facilities Manager and/or Facilities Coordinator to provide a symphony of maintenance operations that keep our athletic facilities running smoothly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead by example as you manage our dedicated maintenance staff and oversee the stellar services provided by our subcontractors

• Facilitate seamless communication between shifts to ensure tasks are completed with precision and efficiency

• Take the reins of our work order system (CMMS), ensuring that work orders are swiftly distributed and performed

• Showcase your exceptional communication skills as you liaise with clients and vendors, ensuring that their needs are not just met, but exceeded

• Foster a culture of growth and development within our team, providing mentorship and guidance to help our staff reach their full potential

• Embrace the excitement of a constantly evolving environment, where no two days are the same, and adaptability is key to success

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in facilities management, maintenance services, or related field
• Demonstrated ability to supervise staff and oversee subcontractor services effectively
• Proficient communication skills to facilitate coordination between shifts
• Strong organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of mail operations, shipping & receiving processes is a plus
• Experience with specialty cleaning techniques is preferred
