CNC Laser Punch Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.75 to $19.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Second Shift ( Monday through Saturday from 03:15pm to 01:45am )

• Operate CNC laser cutting equipment and laser punch combo machines
• Set up machines, load materials, and adjust operating parameters
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
• Monitor cutting/punching processes and make adjustments for accuracy and efficiency
• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Perform basic troubleshooting and minor machine maintenance
• Maintain accurate production logs and quality documentation
• Handle material safely, including sheet metal and finished parts

CNC Laser Punch Operator Qualifications:

• Must have experience operating CNC laser cutters and/or laser punch combo machines
• Ability to read blueprints, shop drawings, and precision measurement tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods
• Prior machine shop or metal fabrication experience strongly preferred
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new equipment or processes
