**Job Description:**

**We are seeking an experienced Full Stack MERN Developer to join our dynamic team in building and enhancing our innovative field service management platform designed to streamline business operations. The ideal candidate will possess a formal education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, coupled with hands-on experience developing AI-driven agent solutions.**

**Responsibilities:**

* Develop and enhance features for our field service management platform using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.
* Design, implement, and integrate AI agents to automate tasks and improve system intelligence.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, robust, and secure software solutions.
* Follow structured Git workflows, including branching strategies, merging processes, and clear commit documentation.
* Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across the entire stack.
* Ensure the user experience is intuitive, efficient, and consistently high-quality.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
* Proven professional experience developing applications using the MERN stack.
* Demonstrable experience building, implementing, or integrating AI agents for automation and intelligent workflows.
* Strong proficiency in JavaScript, RESTful APIs, and modern front-end frameworks.
* Solid knowledge of database architecture and experience with MongoDB.
* Familiarity and adherence to structured Git practices.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

**Compensation:**

* Initial rate of $5/hour for the first 90 days, after which performance will be reviewed for potential rate adjustments based on demonstrated skills and contributions.
