As a Client Service Executive, you’ll play a key role in helping our clients navigate complex challenges while protecting what matters most to them. How you'll make an impact

In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring they receive exceptional service every step of the way. You’ll build strong relationships with clients, helping them identify risks and find tailored insurance solutions. By analyzing data and providing expert advice, you’ll contribute to their success and peace of mind. You’ll also work closely with internal teams to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.

  • Build lasting relationships with clients by delivering outstanding service.
  • Help clients identify additional insurance needs and recommend solutions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet business goals and improve processes.
  • Use data to make informed decisions and provide valuable insights.
About You

You’re a natural problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy building relationships and helping others succeed. You’re comfortable analyzing data and using technology to enhance your work. You’re also a team player who values collaboration and continuous learning.

Here’s what you’ll bring to the role:

  • A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of commercial client service experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 10+ years of experience.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
  • A willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Property and Casualty insurance license

Compensation and benefits

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
