In this key role, the successful candidate will help coordinate multiple crews in the preparation and installation of landscape enhancements on various properties. They will also ensure crews have the equipment and materials necessary to perform the jobs safely and efficiently. They will be responsible for dispatching crews each morning, organizing, coordinating, and enforcing proper daily dispatch procedures. The right candidate will be an example of detailed quality in all aspects of work and continue to monitor and train crews in this way. Excellent communication with crews, managers, and clients is expected. Additionally, they must be able to make decisions in a fast-paced and fluid work environment. Position Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate on-site enhancement crews, including laborers, equipment operators, and subcontractors.
- Implement and maintain quality control standards to ensure landscaping projects meet specifications and company standards.
- Perform frequent site visits to assess project progress, document findings, and work with the team to create and execute action plans for issue resolution.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, address client concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Help lead weekly meetings and huddles to create a positive environment that builds teamwork and drives results.
- Enforce all safety policies and procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Complete Production Site Audits based on KPI.
- Manage and resolve issues within Aspire.
- Maintain high attention to detail and ensure quality in all installations.
- Train crew leaders and crew members on proper landscaping practices and efficiencies.
- Handle administrative responsibilities such as approving labor hours and processing/approving purchase requests (PRs).
- Report on key metrics and maintain inventory.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Minimum 5 years of field related experience.
- Strong communication in English and Spanish, including the ability to speak, read, and write in Spanish.
- Possess a strong understanding of various plants, trees, and landscaping material.
- Valid state driver’s license with proficiency in operating and maneuvering landscape equipment, including the ability to pull a trailer.
