Monarch Investment is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our Summit on the Lake Apartments in Fort Worth, TX.Location:Summit on the Lake Apartments6555 Shady Oaks Manor Drive
Fort Worth, TX 76135Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 8:30 am-5:30 pm, Saturday 10:00 am-2:00 pmResponsibilities:
-Assists the Property Manager with all on-site property operations
-Ensure tenant renewals are being captured at the highest rate possible
-Responsible for building and maintaining a resident relations program
-Ensures property is leased at or above market occupancy at proper rent levels by showing and leasing apartments
-Assists Property Manager in ensuring all property marketing is current, accurate and at its greatest effectWhat We Offer You:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years' experience in an assistant manager or manager role
- Customer service experience required
- Sales experience a plus
- Must have excellent computer skills
- Have excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong multitasking abilities
