Operations Coordinator

**Role Overview**
We are seeking a U.S.-based Operations Coordinator to oversee project lifecycles from inception to delivery. This is a 100% remote position for USA residents only. It requires a professional with a disciplined approach to logistics, stakeholder communication, and timeline management.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Directing end-to-end project workflows and ensuring all milestones are documented.
* Serving as the primary point of professional contact for residential and commercial stakeholders.
* Managing internal schedules and tracking progress via digital reporting tools.
* Ensuring all project documentation meets regional compliance and quality standards.
**Candidate Profile**
* Must be a current resident of the United States.
* Extensive professional background in operations, project management, or logistics.
* Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment with high accountability.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills suitable for professional client relations.
**Duration & Pay**
* Type: Full-time, long-term contract.
* Rate: Fixed monthly salary.
* Status: Independent Contractor.
