Dietary Supervisor
- Maintain Quality Food Service: Ensure food is prepared according to menu plans and standardized recipes.
- Supervise Staff: Lead dietary staff daily, promoting efficient and compliant service.
- Ensure Safety and Compliance: Oversee food handling and equipment use to prevent contamination and manage costs.
- Conduct Inspections: Monitor food and equipment temperatures, and ensure cleanliness and order in dining areas.
- Oversee Dining Experience: Ensure meal trays and orders are accurate and timely, meeting all regulations.
- Implement Cleaning Protocols: Enforce cleaning schedules for all equipment and meal service areas.
- Facilitate Training: Develop and lead monthly in-service and orientation training for dietary staff.
- Collaborate with the Dietary Manager: Review daily tray tickets and resolve discrepancies as needed.
- Demonstrates effective supervision and coordination of staff.
- Follows proper food safety and handling protocols.
- Has a passion for serving the elderly and those with disabilities.
- Brings strong organization and time-management skills.
- Can create and deliver effective staff training.
- Adheres to all safety regulations, employee responsibilities, and the Patient Bill of Rights.
- Works well both independently and within a team environment.
