Staff Accountant

We are looking for:

You, a Staff Accountant that will play a key role in supporting day-to-day accounting and finance operations, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, and assisting with administrative tasks across departments. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with 2-4 years of experience to gain broad exposure to accounting functions within a technology company.

In this position, you will:

Accounting Operations

• Support Accounts Payable (A/P) - processing invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments


• Assist with Accounts Receivable (A/R) - billing, collections, and posting customer payments


• Perform daily accounting activities, including data entry and journal entries


• Prepare bank reconciliations and other balance sheet reconciliations


• Assist with month-end close processes, ensuring timely completion of deliverables

Payroll

• Assist with payroll preparation and related journal entries


• Support employee expense reimbursements

Cross-Functional Support

• Provide administrative support to other departments as needed


• Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required or equivalent experience


• 2-4 years of accounting experience; SaaS industry experience is a plus


• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)


• Experience with accounting systems such as NetSuite, FloQast, or Ramp preferred


• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment


• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
