Our Company is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk for our corporate office.

Responsibilities:

• Duties to include data entry.


• Check the accuracy of business transactions.


• Managing accounts payable using accounting software and other programs.


• Issue purchase orders. Receive and cost code invoices.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounting with preferably job costing knowledge.


• Ability to prioritize and multitask.


• Strong organizational skills.


• Deadline and detail oriented.


• Sage software knowledge experience preferred but not required.
