ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Ive built my agency with a strong foundation in State Farm experience, opening our first location in Arlington on January 1, 2020, and expanding into Fort Worth on February 1, 2025. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, which gave me a deep appreciation for integrity, accountability, and doing whats right for customers and teammates alike. Our team is dynamic, diverse, and driven - weve created a culture rooted in honesty, growth, and collaboration, where we celebrate successes and support one another through challenges.

Community involvement is a core part of who we are. Each quarter, we host events to provide breakfast, lunch, school supplies, and other essentials to local businesses and schools. We also invest heavily in development through weekly in-house trainings and annual opportunities for offsite learning. With two centrally located offices in Arlington and Fort Worth, we offer convenience and flexibility for both team members and customers. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Cecy Diaz Win - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in sales conversations with prospective and existing clients, identifying opportunities to offer insurance solutions.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
