Hospitality Office Admin
Job Summary:
The Catering Office Admin is pivotal to ensuring smooth operations. This position oversees daily office activities, manages staff, and provides exceptional customer service to enhance the Team experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members.
Must have:
- Great communication and organization skills.
- Hospitality-like demeanor.
- Catering Admin experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Executives.
- Meeting Room and Office Space Management.
- Accounts Payable.
- Package Receiving and Distribution.
- Office Welfare and Administration
- Office Access and Visitor Support.
- Some weekend work is required.
Experience:
- Previous experience in catering or hospitality operations is required.
- Strong background in customer service with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Familiarity with Catering Admin Service is preferred.

Pay: $20-25 per hour
Expected hours: 40+ per week
