Software AI Engineer

The Commercial Software team is in search of talent that loves to explore new technologies and develop solutions that are at the cutting edge. They should have an education in Artificial Intelligence with experience building solutions with large scale and local models. Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with engineering and development teams to evaluate and identify optimal software solutions.

• Works with more senior engineers in the design and deployment of software.

• Designs, codes, and debugs applications in various software languages.

• Contributes to technology strategy and engineering roadmaps around software engineering; executes strategic software engineering proof of concepts.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Passionate about AI and ML technologies.

• Machine learning experience, especially in the area of Large Language models (LLM), Natural Language processing (NLP), and Deep Learning models.

• Developing technical knowledge of complex software systems, including enterprise, middleware, firmware, and embedded systems.

• Demonstrated ability to collect and analyze input from multiple sources (customers, sales, engineering, marketing, competitor, and management).

• Ability to understand and deal well with rapid development cycles and remain flexible in the face of uncertainty.

• Using software applications design tools and languages.

• Ability to apply analytical and problem solving skills.

• Designing software applications running on multiple platform types.

• Software applications testing methodology, including the execution of test plans, debugging, and testing scripts and tools.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.

• Ability to effectively communicate design proposals and negotiate options.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's and Master's degree in relevant area or demonstrated competence. Typically 2-4 years of related experience.
