- Flexible scheduling designed to support work-life balance
- Three shift options available:
- Days: 7:30 AM 7:30 PM
- Swing: 10:00 AM 10:00 PM
- Nights: 7:30 PM 7:30 AM
- Full-time schedule consists of 3 shifts per week
- Only 3 overnight shifts per month required
- Schedules released 23 months in advance
- Base salary: $180,000$200,000 depending on experience
- $50,000 sign-on and relocation bonus
- Production structure with no negative accrual
