✅ Job Requirements
- Positive attitude, teachable, professional, and goal oriented
- Strong time management skills with staying on pace with required stops per hour, and make real-time adjustments
- Troubleshoot and navigate complex delivery situations , including access issues, apartment layouts, multi-location stops, customer instructions, and address discrepancies
- Strong attention to safety, detail, and delivery quality procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset
- Thrive working in fast-paced, high-volume environment with minimal supervision
- Ability to lift, carry, pull, bend, twist, walk, climb stairs, and remain active and up to 85 lbs for the entirety of the route without issue.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
Compensation & Benefits
- $21.25/hr base pay + ability to earn weekly safety and delivery quality bonus: $30–$140
- Paid training (4 days) , Paid Time Off (PTO) , 401(k)
- Medical, Dental & Vision insurance (PPO plans)
- Clean, safe and well-maintained fleet of vans
- Electric Delivery Vans (EDVs)
- Step Vans available: Paid Amazon DOT certification provided
Job Responsibilities
- Safely deliver 350–450 packages spread over 200+ stops per day
- Operate a commercial Amazon branded delivery van safely and professionally
- Follow all safety, driving, and delivery procedures at all times
- Provide a positive, professional delivery experience for all customers
- Perform physically demanding work for 8–9 hours per day
- Communicate effectively with leadership
