Retirement Plan Services Assistant
Job Summary: Responsible for providing all aspects of administrative support to the retirement account administration within the wealth management department.
Education/Experience: A minimum of the following education/experience is required:
- High School Diploma/GED and 2 years' experience in administration; OR
 - Associate degree and 0 years' experience in administration or banking
 
Job Specific Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all aspects of file establishment, maintenance, and closure of account files.
 - Submits IRS forms and other DOL and ERISA requirements.
 - Administers requests for distributions, loans, payoffs and account updates.
 - Maintains tracking spreadsheets for various projects including but not limited to Annual Notices, Annual Compliance, Distributions, etc.
 - Assists with preparation, distribution and tracking of required notices.
 - Notifies and tracks eligibility with Plan Sponsors.
 - Tracks enrollment meetings, ordering and preparing enrollment materials and kits.
 - Creates and/or update documents, memos, letters, reports, forms, marketing materials, and customer presentations.
 - Assists with account opening paperwork for retirement plan services accounts and open resulting accounts.
 - Files paperwork and/or establish and maintain system to process and file paperwork in appropriate RPS file(s).
 - Prepares deposits and check requests.
 - Completes market value reporting.
 - Reviews and tracks force outs.
 - Maintains and tracks all uncashed checks.
 - Processes fee invoicing and invoice payment processing.
 - Other duties as assigned.
 
Required Technical Knowledge:
- High proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Windows including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and other electronic communications tools.
 - Excellent internet, intranet, and e-mail skills required.
