About the Position
Teachers of Tomorrow, the nation’s largest alternative certification provider, is seeking a motivated and resourceful Part-Time Recruiter to join our team. This role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent to support our mission. The Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruiting process for assigned positions, ensuring a positive candidate experience while partnering with hiring managers to meet workforce needs.
What You Will Do:
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop sourcing strategies
- Post job openings and actively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Support the offer process and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Represent Teachers of Tomorrow’s mission and values in all candidate interactions
What We are Looking For
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
- 2+ years of recruiting experience (corporate, agency, or education industry preferred)
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting tools
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
Additional Details:
- Schedule: Part-time, approximately 15–20 hours per week (flexible schedule)
- Location: Remote (U.S.-based)
- Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience
