About the Position

Teachers of Tomorrow, the nation’s largest alternative certification provider, is seeking a motivated and resourceful Part-Time Recruiter to join our team. This role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent to support our mission. The Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruiting process for assigned positions, ensuring a positive candidate experience while partnering with hiring managers to meet workforce needs.

What You Will Do:

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop sourcing strategies
• Post job openings and actively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidate qualifications
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Support the offer process and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Represent Teachers of Tomorrow’s mission and values in all candidate interactions

What We are Looking For 

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
• 2+ years of recruiting experience (corporate, agency, or education industry preferred)
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting tools
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment

Additional Details:

• Schedule: Part-time, approximately 15–20 hours per week (flexible schedule)
• Location: Remote (U.S.-based)
• Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience
