INTERNAL FINANCE TEAM - ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT

The CCK Finance team is responsible for managing the firm's finances, including general accounting, reporting, and strategic financial management. The Accounting Assistant role involves functional accounting responsibilities, such as day-to-day record keeping and reporting. Adaptability is key to excelling in the fast-paced environment of the CCK Accounting Assistant role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Accounts Receivable – comfortable with client interaction to assist clients with billing resolutions & payments, review of aging reports, collection calls on accounts

· Cash/Banking – Processing electronic payments, reviewing and posting daily cash receipts

· Accounts Payable – provide initial review of supporting documentation & data entry of invoices and expenses, review credit card transactions and confirm support included.

· Administration – deliver internal contact report requests, cross training on other roles within department (CPE tracking, license renewal and time entry), special projects as needed

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years account receivable (must have), accounts payable and cash collections experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Associate's degree in accounting or another related field
• Location: Tulsa ; In-office
• PAY + BENEFITS: This position is hourly paid. Additional Bonus and Benefits and PTO
