Food Stand Cleaner- WEEKDAYS ONLY
Hours: 7:30/8:00 a.m. - 2:30/3:00 p.m. (29hours) The Food Service Custodial worker is responsible for the cleanliness of all Food Service Concessions/Cantinas/Restaurants on the property of Traders Village. Essential Functions -
- Demonstrate efficient and safe use of housekeeping equipment and Ecolab chemicals
- Maintain a clean food service environment to project the safety and health of the public
- Keeps janitorial storage rooms in clean and orderly condition
- Sweep, Scrub, and Mop each food stand's floors on designated days
- Clean glass windows, sinks, countertops, receptacles, rubber mats, and doors
- Collecting and disposing of trash inside of the food stand or restaurant
- Secures the facility, ensuring building is locked as required
- Clean and Sanitize all food service commercial equipment
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize the seating areas around the concessions/cantina
- Order cleaning supplies through the Supervisor, making sure that chemicals are in stock
- Other duties and tasks as assigned by management
- Requires occasional lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to frequently reach, bend, lift, push, and pull while performing normal job functions
- Ability to stand for long hours and walk long distances
- Must be able to work quickly and concisely under pressure
