Responsibilities:

Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Safety and compliance: Assuring all work is performed safely and in compliance with relevant regulations, company policy, and safety guidelines.
• Routine Maintenance: Perform regular tasks such as cleaning, painting, landscaping, and basic repairs.
• Maintain work areas in a clean and safe manner.
• Troubleshooting and Repairs: Identify and resolve issues with buildings, equipment, and small machinery.
• Preventative Maintenance: Conduct scheduled maintenance checks and tasks to prevent potential problems and extend lifespan of equipment and systems.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, including work orders and inventory of supplies.
• Communication: Effectively communicating with supervisors, team members, and other staff regarding maintenance needs and completed work.

• Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to maintenance work.
• Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve problems with equipment and systems.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift heavy objects.
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and other staff.

• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License.
• 1+ years of site/building maintenance experience.
• Must be able to use hand tools, landscaping tools, and operate small equipment.
• Must comply with company safety rules and regulations.
