Manager

Cheeky Monkeys in Colleyville, TX is looking for one manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and engaged.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a team environment that provides exceptional customer service while directing the team and ensuring all staff members perform at a consistently high level
• Develop weekly schedules and ensure staffing levels are appropriate to meet the needs of the business and maximize the customer experience
• Supervise the team in providing best-in-class service daily
• To be responsible for the smooth operational running of children's parties
• Be able to operate the business independently
• Maintain inventory, cleanliness, food rotation, and menu consistency
• Supervise customer flow, ensuring that services run smoothly
• To act as a role model and promote effective communication within the team
• Train and ensure the seamless integration of new employees
• Manage budgets to meet financial targets through strategic planning and execution consistently.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience required
• Energy and enthusiasm
• Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills
• Ability to work on a team
• A high level of self-awareness, receptivity to change, and integrity
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or business preferred
