We are looking for a detailed oriented multi-tasker who loves providing excellent customer service on the phone and in person. We are a busy General Dental Office looking for someone to grow with us!

• One Year of Dental office experience is a Must.

Responsibilities include

-Patient communication: Greeting patient, scheduling patients, answering phones, and communicating with clients through phone and email, Patient Checking in and Out, Insurance verification, and eligibility .

-Presenting treatment plans to patient, confidence in collecting payment

-Working with fellow team members to complete administrative duties

You will have an outgoing and energetic personality, and are extremely detailed and organized. In addition to assisting patients, you will assist in running the operations of the practice. You will not be afraid of a challenge and can handle a busy day with ease.
