Product Manager
Woundlocal is looking for a passionate and results-driven Product Manager to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding the development of our product offerings to enhance our mobile wound care services, ensuring they meet the needs of our healthcare partners and patients.
The Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define product vision, roadmaps, and growth opportunities. You will leverage your expertise to gather and prioritize customer requirements, craft product specifications, and drive implementation processes to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define the product vision and strategy aligned with business goals
- Gather, prioritize, and clarify product requirements from stakeholders
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product development
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop and enhance product features
- Lead product launches and go-to-market strategies
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to inform continuous improvements
- Act as a primary point of communication for updates and feedback between teams and stakeholders

- Proven experience as a Product Manager in a technology or healthcare-related field
- Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies
- Experience with user research techniques and data analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
