Your New Role
Lead crews of 2 to 10 electricians on commercial electrical projects in Austin, Texas and within a 30-mile radius
Oversee daily jobsite operations, productivity, and safety practices
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications for accurate installations
Ensure all work meets NEC standards and local electrical codes
Plan and organize daily and weekly crew schedules
Coordinate manpower and assess crew performance
Complete material takeoffs and ensure timely delivery of materials
Communicate with project managers, site supervisors, and field teams
Use project management software such as Procore to track progress and documentation

Valid Texas Journeyman Electrician License issued by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation
At least 2 years of hands-on commercial electrical experience
6 to 12 months of lead journeyman or job-running responsibility preferred
Proven ability to lead crews and manage commercial jobsites
Strong knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes
Experience with manpower planning, scheduling, and time management
Familiarity with material takeoffs and jobsite coordination
Experience using Procore or similar construction management software preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
