Your New Role

• Lead crews of 2 to 10 electricians on commercial electrical projects in Austin, Texas and within a 30 mile radius

• Oversee daily jobsite operations, productivity, and safety procedures

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure proper installations

• Ensure all work aligns with NEC standards and local electrical codes

• Plan and organize daily and weekly crew schedules

• Coordinate manpower and evaluate crew performance

• Complete material takeoffs and ensure materials arrive on schedule

• Communicate with project managers, site supervisors, and field teams

• Use project management software such as Procore when applicable to track progress and documentation

• Valid Texas Journeyman Electrician License issued by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation

• Minimum 2 years of hands on commercial electrical experience

• 6 to 12 months of lead journeyman or job running responsibility preferred

• Proven ability to lead crews and manage commercial job sites

• Strong knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes

• Experience with manpower planning, scheduling, and time management

• Familiarity with material takeoffs and jobsite coordination

• Experience using Procore or similar construction management software preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
