Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000 / Annual Base Salary

Fully onsite Monday – Friday, 8AM-5PM

Travel to Dallas for initial training

A growing and fast-paced organization in the construction industry is seeking a Recruiter to join their team in Pflugerville, TX. This is a high-impact opportunity for a seasoned recruiter who thrives in autonomous environments and enjoys building strong partnerships with field operations and hiring leaders.

This role will primarily focus on field recruitment for skilled trades, electrical, construction, and light industrial positions, while also supporting some corporate hiring initiatives. The ideal candidate is a proactive, strategic recruiter with strong sourcing capabilities and experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle in high-volume environments.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, influencing hiring strategy, and helping scale recruiting operations within a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through onboarding
• Recruit for high-volume field and skilled trades positions, including electrical and light industrial roles
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies
• Utilize advanced sourcing methods including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and referrals
• Conduct phone screens, interviews, and candidate evaluations
• Coordinate background checks, drug screens, and employment verification
• Manage offer negotiations and candidate communications
• Build strong relationships with field leadership and internal stakeholders
• Support onboarding and orientation efforts for new hires
• Track recruiting metrics and provide regular hiring updates
• Assist in improving recruiting processes and candidate experience initiatives

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Strong experience recruiting within: Construction, Electrical, Skilled trades, Light industrial environments
• Proven ability to work independently and manage recruiting priorities with minimal oversight
• Experience supporting high-volume hiring needs
