Salary: $25 hour
We are an experiential marketing company urgently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to support our Austin, Texas warehouse operations. This 1099 contract role is ideal for someone with hands-on warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving, and event logistics experience who can work independently while communicating regularly with our Logistics Manager in California.
The coordinator will take care of daily warehouse activity, client freight orders, inventory accuracy, shipping and receiving, picking and packing, loading and unloading, stocking, fleet support, and general warehouse organization. Immediate availability is preferred.
- Compensation: Starting at $25/hour, commensurate with experience
- Schedule: Part-time, approximately 16 hours per week; 4 hours per day, 4 days per week

- Reports To: Logistics Manager based in California
- Availability: Occasional weekend availability may be required based on client needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 24 years of warehouse operations experience preferred
- Current Texas drivers license and clean driving record required
- Ability to drive a 20-foot truck and high-top van as needed for events and promotions
- Proficiency with PC-based tools, Outlook email, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, Excel spreadsheets, inventory tracking systems, and mobile apps
- Must know a fulfillment software (i.e. ShipStation, Shopify etc.) and how to handle purchasing and gifting through URLs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly with management and remote team members on a daily basis
- Excellent organization, time management, follow-through, and problem-solving skills
- Proactive work style, self-motivated, with the ability to anticipate business needs and complete assigned tasks independently
- Knowledge of OSHA-related warehouse safety practices and compliance expectations preferred
Essential Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, picking, packing, stocking, loading, and unloading, fulfillment of orders
- Manage storage, routing, and shipment of client products, event materials, equipment, and supplies
- Track inventory, update client inventory records, and conduct physical inventory audits
- Coordinate client freight orders and support timely movement of materials for events and promotions
- Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and professional warehouse environment
- Comfortable with hand-on manual labor in a warehouse environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and adapt to changing operational needs
- Approve vendor shipping invoices and coordinate with vendors as needed
- Help maintain the rental space, fleet truck, office equipment, and related warehouse assets
- Communicate daily updates, issues, and priorities to the Logistics Manager
