• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• W2 Employment

ROLE IMPACT

The Returns for Credit (RFC) Clerk plays a key role in managing and processing product return orders to ensure operational accuracy and customer satisfaction. This role ensures product integrity and inventory accuracy through detailed data entry, cycle counts, and coordination with Accounting and Field teams. Timely and accurate RMA documentation is essential for downstream financial and service-related workflows.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process returned product data and update ERP records using Navision software

• Create and validate RMA documentation for Accounting and Field teams

• Maintain clean, organized workstations and unboxing areas in line with safety protocols

• Track product scrap counts and communicate inventory adjustments

• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve return order discrepancies and support cross-functional needs

• Document updates to processes and standard operating procedures

• Support other operational areas as needed to ensure business continuity

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 1+ year experience in inventory, returns processing, or product order management

• Strong data entry, organization, and documentation skills

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks based on order urgency

CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS

• Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision ERP)

• Microsoft Excel and Word

• Physical product handling and inspection tools

• RMA documentation systems

• Email and internal communication platforms

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Bilingual in Spanish

• Quality Control or Inventory Management background

• Manual dexterity and attention to small parts or components
